Toni Thomas Associates, Inc., develops comprehensive self-sufficiency training programs.  TTAI implements and provides services for intake, assessment, case management and counseling, job readiness training, and basic skills remediation.  Training programs feature extensive life-skills training, job preparation, job development, job placement and entrepreneurial training.

 

Toni Thomas Associates, Inc. formed the Community Empowerment Training Academy (CETA).   The Academy provides occupational skills in areas with the highest demand for employment.  The goal of the Academy is provide participants with skills that position them to attain their fullest potential through lifelong learning, sustained employment and economic security.  Participants receive life skills and personal responsibility training, job readiness coaching and job placement assistance.  The Academy specializes in providing social, economic and self-sufficiency training to persons who are un-employed, under-employed, or desire retraining.

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Toni Thomas Associates, Inc. provides comprehensive employment services to participants in their Self-Sufficiency program.  TTAI performs employment verification, job referral and placement services; provides counseling services to applicants to identify needs and coordinate the specialized follow-up to increase their employment potential.  TTAI also assists participants to start their own businesses and develop business plans; identifies employment opportunities for community residents, conducts seminars, workshops, job fairs, community meetings, and other public forums.
